yesterday i got 7 golds from the run outside bergan hot springs. this very good - good - average? on hard mode

this the build

protection spirit
sheilding hands
sheild of absorbsion
sheild of judgement
mystic regeneration
symbol of wrath
blessed aura
blathalzars spirit (that how you spell it :P)

now go left and attack all groups of undead. go through all portals left and kill!! this is easy build cast prot, mystic , soa, soj. then they should die fast as holy damage doubles on undead! ftw! so really easy and 7 golds very good farm

now back to main question any good?

Hm, lots of bots/players farming this spot, but 7 golds aren't the avarage. I'm getting 0 now, tbh.

I was getting one gold every three or four runs, so I stopped doing it a few weeks ago.

Before the anti-farm kicks in I get 1-3 dead bows/sephis axes per run, once it kicks in I get 1 every 4 runs or so if I am lucky. You had one heck of a nice run there...

How far do people go out there?

Just the two groups of rangers... or all the undead in the area?

I never really liked that spot. I just farm Urgoz's Warren and the Astralarium Corsairs... personally...

And my average golds per run are anything between -1 and 10.... depending on what exactly I'm doing and how far I go. If you're wondering how I get -1 golds... let us just say it involves Urgoz's Warren, getting body-blocked on one side by a Thought-Stealer and then bumrushed by a Hopping Vamp... while a gold is lying on the floor to one side.

I usually kill the the ranger groups right outside bergen, avoid the monk + mesmer groups and then continue on to the Cursed Lands. I vanquish cursed lands, and there is ALWAYS a chest that spawns at the end of the map that I usually lockpick. Albeit, the drops aren't that great, I get golds just about every run as I do about 1-5 runs then switch chars and do a mission or quests, which seem to reset the farm code.

I get about 4k per run + golds, and each run takes about 10-20 mins depending on how long I go afk. Would go faster but SoJ recharges pretty slowly. >.>

can someone post a map of the run plz,and how do you get past the mesmers, and in cursed lands or outside bergen arnt their tengu mesmers which shatter ench?
if so how do you get past them?

So... based on your screenshot you got 7 *drops* only 2 of which are gold... not 7 golds... and you're only farming the initial 2 groups correct? Thats better than average for those groups, but not unheard of good.

no i was farming all undead in cursed lands and outside bergan. that was my run with only 4 golds i didnt take screens with my 7 gold run. ilusive nice run there what patch? the drop thing?

Not sure why folks think so much of the Dead Bow when there are other bows with the same mesh and better textures... like the Amber Bow and Jade Bow...

I've only ever tried farming the undead rangers with my primary Necro... and it wasn't very efficient at all.

I farm at GoK and that was my last run before the newer patch (Tyrian, Canthan insignias system). That run was made this last Tuesday. After patch my average gold drops dropped a bit, now I am getting less and less items... I really guess I was lucky that time.

7 is very good, most I got in 1 run was 3. I usually avg at least 1 gold, some runs I get 0 golds, but then usually the next run I do I get 2 golds or some tomes so it evens out.

There is no anti-farm, just loot scaling...
